Who We Are

With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, founder Zack Richardson has developed a strong expertise in project management, site supervision, and construction innovation. Before starting Haven Construction Services, his career began hands on working for a general contractor then onto a custom painting and finishing company. Over the years, he transitioned into a management role with a construction business, overseeing various residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led diverse teams and collaborated with architects, engineers, subcontractors and designers to deliver projects on time and within budget. We are dedicated to a safe and productive work environment, prioritizing clear communication and teamwork.

He grew up in Costa Mesa and now resides in Huntington Beach with his family. Continuous community involvement stays at a priority as he is involved in youth sports and serves in the children services at FHOC.
